You will perform professional software development tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.

Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 more years of software engineering or related experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to reduce complex technology terms and concepts into readily understandable concepts for senior level policymakers

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including experience with conceptualizing and leading projects independently with minimal supervision

• Experience in staffing senior-level executives

• Degree in technical, engineering or related field

DESIRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of international cyber policy, with a focus on whole-of-government initiatives

• Understanding and experience with public sector - private sector partnerships

• Detail oriented, organized and driven to follow-through and complete tasks
