Responsible for supervising the quality and integrity of product by testing incoming materials, excipients and final product. May help supervise environmental monitoring of LAL (Limulus Amebocyte Lysate) and Crude Lysate production areas to ensure appropriate conditions are maintained. Oversee Crude Lysate recovery procedures during the Bleeding Season.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) in Biology.
Experience:Three plus years experience with GMP products preferred. Prior experience with laboratory operations and auditing preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
Other: Computer literacy must include word processing, spreadsheet and advanced math skills. Attention to detail in all aspects of work is essential
