Hub International Human Resources Representative in Charleston, South Carolina

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages all employee files and electronic record keeping processes

  • Manages Workday data entry for Hub South:

  • Inputs all personnel changes into HRIS (i.e. compensation, job title changes, new hires, terminations)

  • Serve as first point of contact for employee HR support (Kronos questions, Workday assistance, PTO questions, etc.).

  • Conducts HR system data audits

  • Handles payroll submissions and payroll audits

  • Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation

  • Pull HRIS reports and runs analysis to identify trends in hiring and turnover

  • Facilitates the performance review processes for the assigned regions

  • Assists with Employee Engagement initiatives

  • Assists with Recruitment activities

  • Recommends new approaches to impact on-going continual improvements to policies, procedures, and documentation

  • Assist Regional VP of HR with administrative tasks and various projects


  • At least 3 years of administrative assistance experience, Human Resources support experience strongly preferred.

  • Degree preferred.

  • Insurance industry experience preferred, but not required

  • Ability to work with remote locations

  • Exceptional organizational skills, follow up skills, and attention to detail

  • Strong relationship-building skills

  • Excellent initiative and intuitiveness

  • Ability to excel in a flexible fluid work environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, & Outlook)
