Job requirements:Driver's license and work rotating schedule


  • Responsible for providing installation, maintenance and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Perform Tier II work on large servers and mainframe computers and peripherals, large system printers and plotters, enterprise level servers, networks and software, item processing reader and networking issues on imaging systems, medium/high complexity network and systems protocols (Ethernet, Token-Ring, StarLAN, NetBIOS, X.25)
  • Primary services include hardware maintenance, installation, network management, multi-vendor maintenance and software support at various locations within an assigned territory/region
  • Provide installation, maintenance and repairs on ATM and/or POS (Point of Sale) equipment and other electromechanical equipment at various locations within an assigned territory/region
  • May provide support to Associate Customer Engineer and/or Service; Representative/Service Technician Tech
  • Understand and perform the various customer Service Level Agreement requirements and elevate or escalate issues when appropriate


  • High School or Associate's Degree
  • Formal vocational or technical certification
  • Up to three years of related experience
  • A Certification, PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some specific hardware and operating system familiarity

  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Be accessible to complete background checks, including credit checks, criminal and driving record
  • Must have the ability to carry and raise a toolbox and lift weights up to 50lbs and be able to travel as required
