Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8 plus years relevant work experience.

We are looking for an organized and experienced Sales Communication & Enablement Lead to create and drive the programs to support Oracle Communications (CGBU) sales teams. You will be responsible for supporting Oracle Communication s regional sales organization s enablement activities, with a focus on sales processes and tools, new hire on boarding, refresh process training, and sales communications.
This role requires an experienced well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Manage the design, development and deployment of process and skills enablement programs that drive elite performance within Oracle s global sales organization
Work with the global Sales Enablement Organization to create training and enablement curriculum for CGBU
Tailor and drive execution of centrally created initiatives including, but not limited to sales team on-boarding, continuous development and sales process training
Collaborate with subject matter experts and sales leadership to identify or create content as needed
Use a data driven approach to identify business & process gaps which inhibit sales effectiveness; develop enablement programs to address
Leverage metrics and analysis to prioritize deployment of enablement tools, processes and programs
Schedule and deliver training sessions as needed
Distribute sales alerts and bulletins with relevant content to enable sales reps to more efficiently complete their transactions
Maintain Sales Operations content on the CGBU hub, leveraging sales ops SMEs to provide content and verification
Desired Skills and Experience:
5 years experience in a similar position with a proven track record of organizing and delivering successful communication & enablement programs using a variety of methods (presentation, video, elearning etc)
Excellent project management skills and experienced in managing multiple complex projects
Knowledge of Oracle Sales training resources
Strong communication skills (including active listening) with the ability to break-down and explain complex topics
Ability to work across functions to drive to a cohesive solution benefiting the sales organization
Excellent MS Office skills.
