Supporting a team of Private Client Advisors and Private Client Managers within U.S. Trust. Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions including readinge-mails, documents, materials and reports. Transcribing dictated meeting notes, and transcribing dictation to compose and sign complex correspondence. Entering all activities into the bank’sClient Management Process (CMP). Communicates with executives and line management to gather or convey relevant information. May be involved in high-level client contact and exposure to sensitive information, and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment. Advanced administrative and analytical skillsrequired. Thorough knowledge of a variety of software programs.
Additional responsibilities will includesupporting all client post sales activities, by monitoring and executing all tasks required to fulfill the client service plan and meet day-to-day inquiries from the client. Managing the execution of client service activities such as initiating and monitoring account opening and asset transfers; handling client inquiries; and coordinating with specialists and service centers to deliver an integrated service to the client.
Required Skills and Experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical skills, able to maintain a high quality of customer service and attention to detail
Strong relationship building skills to communicate with internal team and executive level management to gather/convey relevant information
Strong executive support and knowledge of a variety of software programs (i.e. MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, WebEx and SharePoint)
Must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment with confidential information
Solid understanding of banking, lending and investment products, services and processes
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with a financial institution focusing on client service and sales, preferably in the high net worth space
