Allied Reliability Group Parts Department/Sales in Adams Run, South Carolina
Allied Reliability Group is working with a large Kubota dealership, looking for a parts department salesman. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in a parts department including face-to-face counter and phone sales. Applicants should have general knowledge of computers, basic math skills, basic mechanical knowledge, phone skills, and a good work ethic. Tractor or construction equipment experience is preferred. This is a full time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Maintain excellent relations with all levels of customer decision-making personnel, including operators, purchasing, management and executives.
Perform concept selling by introducing products and services to new customers.
Handles most technical application questions/issues and provides an analytic and strategic approach to solving customer problems and presenting technical solutions.
Provide some advanced technical and applications support during selling process and assist operations in providing support after the sale is complete.
Broad knowledge of company’s services, products and marketing techniques.
At least 2 years of experience in a parts department including face-to-face counter and phone sales preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
High energy level and positive attitude.
Must pass a drug test and criminal background check prior to employment.
